Help with Hapipy

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps.

Your data and your account

To access, export or correct your data, to be removed from a world, or to delete your account, email us from the address on your account so we can confirm it is you. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.

Removing something you shared

Letters and proposals made without an account cannot be deleted from the site. Send us the link and we will remove it.

Reporting content

The quickest way is the Report link at the bottom of any shared letter, proposal or invitation. You can also email us the link and what is wrong with it. Our guidelines explain what is not allowed and what happens after a report. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Copyright complaints

Follow the steps under copyright complaints so we have everything we need to act.
