Community & content guidelines

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These guidelines apply to everything created with Hapipy: content inside a world, letters and proposals sent by link, invitations, replies to invitations, and any photo or audio file you upload. They are part of our Terms & Conditions.

Not allowed anywhere on Hapipy

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises or endangers children. We report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Sexually explicit material or nudity in anything that can be opened by link (letters, proposals, invitations).
  • Intimate images of anyone shared without their consent.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, or content intended to intimidate, shame or blackmail a person.
  • Hate speech, or content promoting violence against people or animals.
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
  • Advertising or arranging paid sexual services, or introductions for marriage in exchange for payment.
  • Scams, phishing, impersonation of another person or organisation, or links to malware.
  • Material you do not have the right to share, such as someone else’s photographs or copyrighted music.
  • Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Using Hapipy to monitor, track or control another person, or to access an account or world that is not yours.

Invitations and other public links

An invitation, letter or proposal link can be forwarded and opened by anyone. Before publishing one, make sure that everyone named or pictured is happy to appear on it, and that any address you include is one you are comfortable sharing with whoever the link might reach. Only list an invitation publicly (making it visible to search engines) for an event that is genuinely open to the public.

How to report content

  • On the page: every shared letter, proposal and invitation has a Report link at the bottom. Choose a reason and, if you like, add details and an email address for a reply.
  • By email: write to tarekali192@gmail.com with the link to the content and what is wrong with it.

Reports are reviewed by Hapipy’s administrator. Depending on what we find, we may remove a letter or proposal, unpublish an invitation, suspend the world it belongs to, or suspend the account that created it. Where the law requires it — in particular for content that exploits children — we report it to the authorities.

If you believe content on Hapipy infringes a copyright you own or represent, email tarekali192@gmail.com with:

  1. the link(s) to the content;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work;
  3. your name and contact details;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove content that we find infringing. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice and explain why.

Removing your own content

You can delete content inside your world, delete letters you shared from your world, and unpublish your invitations at any time. Letters and proposals created without an account cannot be deleted from the site by their author; email us the link and we will remove them.
